OlaSpruce Care Support Inc. was founded on a simple belief: that everyone deserves to live with dignity, in a place that feels like home, supported by people who see them as a whole person — not a set of needs.
The spruce tree gives us our name and our metaphor. Deep-rooted and resilient, it stands steady through every season — a quiet strength we aim to bring to every individual and family we support.
We are proud to serve Lethbridge and the surrounding communities, offering non-medical care and support at home, in the community, and in care facilities.
